License Notice

RemNeXus® digital products are licensed for internal organizational use. This notice sets out what the license permits and what it does not.

Effective date: August 6, 2026

01License Grant

Each purchase of a RemNeXus® digital product grants the purchasing Organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for internal organizational purposes.

The license takes effect upon confirmation of payment and remains in force for as long as these terms are observed.

02Permitted Use

  • Internal use by employees and authorized personnel of the purchasing Organization.
  • Completion of the workbook and templates for the Organization's own registration preparation.
  • Internal printing and internal circulation of completed records within the Organization.
  • Retention of completed records as part of the Organization's own compliance documentation.

03Prohibited Use

  • Redistribution, publication, or sharing of the materials outside the purchasing Organization.
  • Resale, rental, sublicensing, or any other commercialization of the materials.
  • Repackaging or rebranding the materials as your own product or service deliverable.
  • Use of the materials to deliver paid consulting or advisory services to third parties without a separate written agreement.
  • Use of the materials, in whole or in part, for artificial intelligence or machine learning training.
  • Removal or alteration of copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.

04Ownership

No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred by the purchase of a digital product. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by RemNeXus®.

05Trademark Notice

RemNeXus®, NPC Registration Implementation System™, NRIS™, and RemNeXus® Digital Product Sales System™ are trademarks of RemNeXus®. Use of these marks without prior written consent is not permitted.

06Breach and Termination

Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse constitutes a material breach and may result in immediate termination of the license without refund, in addition to any other remedies available under law.
