01Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the RemNeXus® website or purchasing, downloading, or using any RemNeXus® digital product, including the NPC Registration Implementation System™ (NRIS™) Registration Starter Kit, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access the website or use the digital products.

02Definitions

• “RemNeXus”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to RemNeXus®, the owner and publisher of the website and digital products.
• “Digital Product” refers to any workbook, template, toolkit, framework, checklist, or other electronic material published by RemNeXus®.
• “Client”, “you”, or “your” refers to the individual or organization accessing the website or acquiring a Digital Product.
• “Organization” refers to the legal entity on whose behalf a Digital Product is licensed for internal use.

03Purpose of the Digital Products

RemNeXus® Digital Products are professional implementation resources. They are designed to help organizations organize information, structure documentation, and follow a practical implementation methodology.

The Digital Products do not constitute legal advice and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Organizations remain responsible for their own compliance obligations and for obtaining professional advice where their circumstances require it.

04No Guarantee of Regulatory Outcome

RemNeXus® does not guarantee approval, acceptance, or any specific outcome from the National Privacy Commission or from any other regulator or authority.

Regulatory requirements may change. It is the responsibility of the Organization to confirm current requirements at the time of submission.

05License Grant

Upon successful payment, RemNeXus® grants the Organization a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Digital Product for internal organizational purposes only.

• The license permits internal use by employees and authorized personnel of the purchasing Organization.
• The license does not transfer ownership of the Digital Product or of any intellectual property contained within it.
• The license does not permit redistribution, resale, sublicensing, publication, or sharing outside the purchasing Organization.
• The license does not permit use of the Digital Product to deliver commercial services to third parties without a separate written agreement.

06Restrictions on Use

• Copying, reproducing, or republishing the Digital Product outside the purchasing Organization is prohibited.
• Reselling, renting, leasing, or otherwise commercializing the Digital Product is prohibited.
• Modifying and rebranding the Digital Product for distribution is prohibited.
• Using the Digital Product, in whole or in part, to train artificial intelligence or machine learning systems is prohibited.
• Removing, obscuring, or altering copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices is prohibited.

07Intellectual Property

All content, methodologies, structures, frameworks, templates, workbooks, wording, and design elements published by RemNeXus® are the intellectual property of RemNeXus® and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

RemNeXus®, NPC Registration Implementation System™, NRIS™, RemNeXus® Digital Product Sales System™, and related marks are the trademarks of RemNeXus®.

08Payment and Delivery

Prices are stated in Philippine Peso (₱) and represent a one-time digital purchase unless otherwise stated.

Digital access is issued to the email address provided at the time of purchase, following confirmation of successful payment. Delivery is electronic; no physical items are shipped.

09Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are generally final once access has been issued.

If you experience a technical issue accessing your purchase, please contact RemNeXus® Support. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

10Product Updates and Versioning

Digital Products are versioned. Minor updates within the same major version are provided to existing licensees at no additional cost.

New major versions or new products may be offered separately.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RemNeXus® shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or the Digital Products.

The total liability of RemNeXus® in connection with any Digital Product shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that Digital Product.

12Third-Party Services

Payments may be processed through third-party providers. Use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy practices. RemNeXus® is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.

13Termination

RemNeXus® may suspend or terminate a license where these Terms are breached, including in cases of unauthorized redistribution, resale, or commercial reuse. Termination does not entitle the Client to a refund.

14Amendments

RemNeXus® may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the website or Digital Products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
